Bre + Nick's Disney's UP themed engagement session | Sunken Garden Rochester NY

I was beyond excited when Bre requested to do some Disney's Up themed photos for her and Nick's engagement session! As a fellow Disney fanatic, she was pretty much making all of my dreams come true 🤣

THEN I showed up at Rochester's Sunken Garden in Highland Park and my excitement jumped another 10 notches, which I didn't even think was possible. This place is gorgeous!! And going there on a weeknight, we practically had the whole place to ourselves.

Wait... it gets better! Bre and Nick told me they were bringing props and of course the iconic balloons, but when we put it all together down in the garden it looked like something out of a fairytale (which I guess was the point, eh? 😜).

We had a ton of fun playing in the Sunken Garden. They brought such pretty formal wear for the second half of their session and it contrasted so beautifully with the gardens and Warner Castle.

After that we had a riot trying to find access to Durand Beach, accidentally ending up on private property and trying to sneak in a sunset photo before the pink sky disappeared 😆

If these two brought this much game to their engagement session, I can't even imagine how magical their wedding day will be! ✨

With their original date set for June 13, 2020 there is of course some uncertainty as to what exactly they will be able to do that day - but they're determined to still say "I do" and I'm so excited to be a part of it.

These poor love birds are getting tossed around a bit trying to come up with a new date for their big celebration - it's been a rollercoaster of setting dates, having set backs, finding new venues - but they're keeping their heads high and working through it together.

They may not be married yet, but I can tell it's going to be a good marriage just from the way they are dealing with this crazy obstacle together.

Only 5 weeks now until their wedding #1 and I'm so excited for them!! I can't wait to celebrate with Bre and Nick and get to spend two more days running around taking pretty pictures with them!
