Downtown Buffalo - Engagement Session Hot Spots
Downtown Buffalo is one of my favorite places to go exploring during a photo shoot! I always find new places to go - no two sessions are ever the same. With so many different paths to take, I figured I’d take you through three of my favorite downtown adventures to give you plenty of ideas of what to do for your own downtown engagement session!
Session Idea: Barcade & Mural Tour
First off, I always recommend starting your session with a cocktail to loosen you up. And why not do it somewhere you can play arcade games at the same time?! Misuta Chows is such a cute bar for colorful, fun photos and is located right in the heart of downtown on Main Street. After you’ve warmed up with some loose-juice hit the surrounding streets to go mural hunting! You’ll find several within just a few blocks and a million cute stops along the way too!
Session Idea: Formal Evening with Champagne
Love playing dress up? You’re probably not getting all gussied up to take photos often so make the most of your engagement session by putting on a gown and/or tux and strutting around downtown. Once again, that champagne will loosen you up and it makes for cute pics popping the bubbly.
Session Idea: Tequila & a Stroll
In this example we’re hitting Deep South Taco for a couple of margaritas before making our way around the city. Within walking distance from Deep South you have the Buffalo Library, City Hall, Main Street and a million hidden gems of spots in between. Explore away!
