Dating site high school, the marriage of Kristen + Jon was a long time coming. But it was clear that their love for each other has been growing stronger and stronger over all the years leading up to their big day. I’m so excited for these two sweet souls to begin a new chapter in their relationship as husband and wife!

The day was perfect - the summer heat seemed to dissipate a bit so we could all enjoy our time outside without melting, even though it was mid-August. The skies were a deep grey and contrasted so nicely against the greenery of the vineyard and burgundy of Kristen’s bridemaids’ dresses and bouquets.

The design of this Spring Lake Winery wedding was simply beautiful and done by Kristen herself (AMAZING!!) (though Jon made the sweet barn door photo booth backdrop and was so proud of it - as he should be!).

Everything came together to look like a dream - the accents of eucalyptus, candle light and rustic lanterns lining the hall, the string lights behind the head table and once the dancing began, the colorful hanging lights over the dance floor made for a magical scene. I was super excited to step back with my tripod and take some fun and colorful night shots of their literally ‘lit’ party : )
