Stephanie & Paula have the best elopement day ever | Buffalo NY

Updated: Feb 28

Paula & Stephanie, a couple of Florida babes, decided to say I do in style and in one of their favorite places - Buffalo New York!

After our initial meeting and discussing some fun ways they could spend their elopement day, they decided on saying their vows in front of the beautiful waterfall at Hobuck Flats in Hamburg - a suburb of Buffalo.

The day started with a first look between the two beautiful brides on the bridge leading to the waterfall where they would soon say I do. They exchanged so many laughs, showed off the epic boots they both bought for the occasion and Stephanie brought tears to Paula's eyes when she showed her the Edward Cullen earrings (that sparkled so nicely in the sun... just like Edward himself) she was rocking just for her soon-to-be wife :) Paula was so excited about them she didn't want Stephanie to take them off the rest of the day!

I was such an intimate ceremony - with only about 20 of their closest family and friends surrounding them in the beautiful forest. The hike took about 10 minutes and had all the guests laughing and loving nature.

Post-nuptials, the brides were on a hunt for a bookstore to visit and we found Turn the Page on Main St in Hamburg. It was not only incredibly cute, but they were so accommodating closing the shop while the ladies shopped and took photos. They were so excited to have Stephanie and Paula in the bookshop and we were so excited to be there too!

At the bookshop both of the brides found copies of their favorite books to purchase - a perfect souvenir from their wedding day - that ended up being gifted to them by Turn the Page - such a sweet gesture!

It wouldn't be a wedding day without some ice cream, right?! These gorgeous gals decided getting a flight of ice cream, rather than a mid-day cocktail, was more their style… and they found just the place to do so at Main Street Ice Cream in the village of Hamburg.

What a day!! When chatting with Paula and Stephanie post-wedding they were so happy they decided to keep it small, to do what they wanted to do (such as shop for books and eat ice cream) and they wouldn't want it any other way!!

Love that I got to be a part of this epic elopement day and that I have these two new forever friends!
